Q.What are the items that you produce? 

• The approximately 160 items produced by Kisuk include secondhand clothing, secondhand bags, secondhand shoes, and various other household textile products. 

  For detailed clothing items, please refer to the 'Kisuk Item List' below.

Q: How is used clothing packed? 

• Used clothing is pressed in 100kg (summer clothing and most of items) or 80kg (winter clothing and blankets) for each bale and is exported in 40HQ or 20FT container.

Q: How are used shoed packed? 

• Used shoes are packed in 23kg/25kg sacks in 40HQ or 20FT container. Used clothing and used shoes can be loaded at the same time.

Q:  How many bales are loaded in a 40HQ/200ft container? 

• In 40” high cube container, 288-292 100kg/80kg bales are loaded, and in 20” container, 128-132 100kg/80kg bales are loaded in a 20” container.
• For shoes, one sack is 23kg/25kg and 750-810 sacks are loaded in a 40” container. 

Q: What is the payment method? 

• We start loading your container once we receive 50% deposit with your order.
• The rest 50% should be paid after you receive the actual invoice and check B/L.

Q: What are the Price terms and conditions? 

• We give EX-WORK PRICE for each bale (each sack in case of shoes)
  For African region, we give TOTAL FOB (Free on Board) method. We only pay transportation cost occurring domestically. 
• Please contact us for the shipping cost of each country.
• For Middle East and Southeast Asia, we use CFR/CNF (Cost and Freight) method.
